They can also help you troubleshoot technical issues related to the platform or your video appointments. They can also assist you with resetting your password and any other questions related to the Choosing Therapy Platform.
Have a question or request that might contain ePHI? Please use login to the SimplePractice platform and send a secure message to our clinical director, Melissa Boudin, PsyD. Please note, response times may be one business day.
Please be aware that while your therapist may be listed on the Choosing Therapy Directory, they may not be on the Choosing Therapy Platform. We can only provide support for therapists on the Platform. If you are a client of one of the therapists on the Platform, please communicate with the therapist exclusively through their secure messaging feature on the Platform.
