Work History
My therapeutic specialities include supporting clients who experience anxiety, depression, perfectionism, life stress, and a multitude of other challenges that can cause them to feel overwhelmed, discouraged, worthless, or even broken. My approach is founded on cultivating self-worth and honoring what it means to be “human”. My style is compassionate and calming, with an emphasis on bringing genuineness, warmth, and comfort to every session. I am also trained in brainspotting, a brain-body based approach that can assist in the treatment of trauma, mental health conditions, and the processing of negative emotions and stress.
