Work HistoryAre you struggling with the impact of trauma/abuse, body image, disordered eating, sexuality, or identity concerns? I work with individuals and partners through establishing security and safety, where there's freedom to explore all of yourself while feeling seen and heard. We will work together on recognizing your innate belonging and identifying what has caused breaches in your ability to live most fully in the world. I use a holistic, integrative, body-based approach that is rooted in relational connection and exploring personal narratives that shape how we relate to ourselves and others. All of my services are trauma-informed and LGBTQIA+ affirming. I align with Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size (HAES) principles for body image and disordered eating concerns. More than anything, I believe that allowing ourselves to fully connect with others, through both laughter and heartache, is how we experience the core of our selfhood. Together, I hope to hold space for connection and healing, growth and becoming, in all of the wonderful ways that can look like for you.
