Originally from Oregon and now practicing in Manhattan, my psychotherapy experience includes a wide range of work in New York’s hospitals, clinics, and nonprofits. My areas of specialty include anxiety, OCD, compulsive hoarding, gender identity, and Gottman Method couples'/relationship therapy. The books I’ve authored on sexuality and gender identity include 2021’s Transgender Self-Care Journal and Gender Identity Workbook for Teens. Outside the office, I’m a distance runner and fiction writer. I’m proud to be a trans-identified clinician.
