Work HistoryI have extensive experience working with trauma and PTSD Cases as well as depression and anxiety disorders. I have also worked with many Domestic Violence and Sexual abuse Cases. I also worked with Holocaust Survivors for a period of one year. I am currently working with adults who are suffering from anxiety or depression and/or are experiencing relationship issues or familial stressors or are having cancer-related problems. I have a holistic approach where I address the physical well-being ( nutritional habits, sleep hygiene, ect ) and the emotional wellbeing of the individual as well as social factors. I also like to give homework ( e.g. CBT Worksheets) to my Clients. I have an eclectic approach where I utilize a combination of Psychodynamic, CBT, Solution-Focused and Person-Centered therapy in treatment.
