How has your particular field of specialization evolved in recent years and how has that impacted your work?
I have over 25 years experience in feeling depressed. After this, I enrolled in college and educated myself into the area of mental health and counseling. With both of these experienced. My expertise in treating depression and anxiety has increased tremendously.
In what ways have your personal experiences influenced your work with your clients?
I have suffered a great deal from depression and physical illness. I am extremely knowledgeable of what causes depression. I am more than eager to help any one who finds themselves unable to find solutions for themselves
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My first session focuses on who you are. You, your personality, your life history, your failures, your successes. Your personal history of love. Your history of suffering, pain, and hopelessness. Your talents. Your earliest ideas of what you will do as you get older. After 2-3 sessions, I will know you, and you will know me. This is where you will begin to recover - step by step. It has been a difficult road that led you here. It will not be an easy road to recovery. But recovery will happen. I give you my oath.
