What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
It's important for my clients to understand that I am a holistic therapist. I believe in treated the person as a whole, not just the diagnosis. I also believe that not everything that we experience is part of a mental illness or mental disorder, but often it is just a natural reaction that our nervous system is having to the difficult things that are going on around us or have happened to us.

Work HistoryMost of my experience as therapist comes from working in community mental health. I have worked as a therapist at a women's shelter for survivors of domestic violence in Dallas, in primary care community clinics in Oak Cliff as well as in Dallas ISD schools before transitioning into private practice. Working in these different environments equipped me with tools to work with clients on many different presenting issues, but with a big emphasis on trauma, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression and life transitions.
