Get To Know Me
What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
I became a therapist because I know firsthand what it feels like to struggle, to carry trauma, and to search for healing. My own history includes experiences that were painful and deeply challenging — experiences that left me feeling lost, overwhelmed, and alone at times. But through my own healing journey, I discovered the incredible power of therapy, self-awareness, and human connection.
Walking that path gave me not only insight into my own resilience but also a deep compassion for others navigating their own emotional landscapes. It inspired me to turn pain into purpose , and to create a space for others where they feel seen, supported, and safe enough to heal.
Therapy helped me find my voice, and now I’m committed to helping others find theirs. This work is deeply personal to me, and it’s an honor to walk alongside others as they do the courageous work of healing and growing.
