Work HistorySeeds were planted in me years ago towards becoming a therapist. Because of personal experiences, including experiences I lived and witnessed with loved ones; I wanted to help others like me heal. I wanted to offer new ways of coping and living. As a young parent I started a mom's support group in my area. In my career (at the time) I found myself working with families, individuals, and students needing additional support, resources, and guidance with challenging obstacles and situations. I love working with parents, couples, with individuals, young adults, and adolescents. As a therapist these past 7 years, my work with clients runs the gamut- from PTSD and other trauma and stress-related issues, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, bipolar disorder, relationship struggles, to women’s issues. I love helping others find their best path. It's an honor to do so.
