Work HistoryMy name is Cecilia and I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. My love for healing and psychotherapy stems from my own soul work and my never ending curiosity for understanding the human mind and human behavior. I believe that human connection is the best medicine and one’s relationship with our therapist establishes the groundwork for life-long healing. I strive to provide a safe & nurturing space where my clients can feel comfortable with their own vulnerability; enough that they are able to tap into their own dormant gifts and strengths. I hold space for my clients & in turn, teach them how to hold space for themselves with empathy, compassion, acceptance, and gratitude. My therapeutic style often involves identifying and challenging old ways of thinking that have led to periods of stagnation. My therapist journey involves a wide array of training and experience, but my heart exists in the areas of depression, anxiety, crisis, trauma, grief, PTSD and generational trauma.
