I am passionate about helping individuals get to know themselves better to feel more connected in the world and lead more supported lives. My style is warm, direct, and engaging. I believe that building a strong and trusting relationship will be essential in our work together.
Underlying my work as a Psychologist is a deep commitment to interrupting the intergenerational transmission of trauma and oppression. I work with my clients collaboratively and approach my work with curiosity and compassion. I strongly believe in the healing power of the therapeutic relationship and feel honored to be part of my client’s journeys toward healing and vitality.
