What’s the most profound, insightful, or interesting thing you’ve learned as a mental health professional?

All people experience life changing events, and what I have learned is that what is most important about dealing with challenges is that you are able to pick yourself back up. Therapy can absolutely help you to heal.

What would be important for someone to know about working with you?

I am supportive and can be direct. I believe that therapy is your time and you deserve to get the most of it. I am with you as you work and grow in therapy with my full support.

What do you view as a key component of the therapeutic relationship?

I believe that building a rapport In therapy between therapist and client is very important. You being comfortable with your therapist is extremely important.
