All people experience life changing events, and what I have learned is that what is most important about dealing with challenges is that you are able to pick yourself back up. Therapy can absolutely help you to heal.

My name is Cynthia, but I prefer to be called Cindy. I have 15 plus years experience working in the mental health field in community mental health, private practice, and as a supervisor and a clinical director at a therapeutic boarding school. I provide individual therapy, and family therapy. I prefer and use CBT therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person Centered Therapy, ,Narrative Therapy, and ACT Therapy. It is my passion to help you navigate the life challenges that we all face as humans. I work with individuals to become the best version of themselves, especially when dealing with difficult life experiences. As a therapist, I believe that we all have the opportunity to learn and grow into our full potential. Coping with stressors in life can wear on your mental well being. Effectively managing mental health issues is important to be able to have a fulfilling life. I know managing life can be challenging and difficult. I also believe that with support life can be manageable and you can thrive. Therapy can improve your overall health by leaps and bounds. I am a committed therapist with experience treating depression, anxiety, trauma, mood dis-regulation, bipolar disorder, attention deficit disorder, adoption, attachment, relationship issues, and much more.
