I have over seven years working as a therapist and a graduate of Argosy University in Schaumburg Illinois with a masters degree in Community Counseling. I am currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of patients. My specialties include depression, mood disorders, anxiety, grief and loss, codependency, self-esteem issues, pain management, stress management and anger management. I also specialize in couples therapy for issues related to communication difficulties, infidelity, separation/divorce, conflict resolution, addiction/co-dependency, parenting skills and relationship growth and enrichment. I am a collaborative, solution-focused therapist. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help patients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing. My treatments have proven to be very effective in providing quick symptom reduction and helping patient’s live a more fulfilling and enriched life.
