My approach is client centered and help you determine the goals that you want to get out of counseling. We will build a relationship together and help identify the things that you want help with to improve the quality of your life.

I have over seven years working as a therapist and a graduate of Argosy University in Schaumburg Illinois with a masters degree in Community Counseling.
