My approach is client centered and help you determine the goals that you want to get out of counseling. We will build a relationship together and help identify the things that you want help with to improve the quality of your life.
How has your particular field of specialization evolved in recent years and how has that impacted your work?
Through several years of experience have learned coping skills to teach people that are struggling with depression and anxiety.
In what ways does your personality influence your approach to therapy?
My personality is warm and friendly and will help you feel at ease during the therapeutic process. Being in an accepting and understanding environment helps build a safe place to work through problems and find healthy solutions together.

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor specializing with online counseling in both Wisconsin and Illinois. I have over seven years working as a therapist and a graduate of Argosy University in Schaumburg Illinois with a masters degree in Community Counseling. I am currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of patients.
