Work HistoryDr. Weidner is a clinical psychologist and sleep expert with over 17 years of clinical experience. With a friendly, evidence-based approach, he has helped hundreds of individuals overcome sleep problems such as: insomnia, narcolepsy, circadian rhythm disorders, CPAP adherence, and nightmares. Dr. Weidner is a National Consultant for the Veterans Health Administration training other therapists around the country in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBTI). He is an Adjunct Clinical Professor at the University of Illinois College of Education. He has spoken to various organizations including the University of Illinois, the VA Iliana internship program, the Antioch Group and the Methodist College Wellness Forum. During his free time, Dr. Weidner and his wife enjoy keeping up with their three children and their Goldendoodle named Ellie.
