Diana Gil Velez, MS, LCAT, ATR, LP (permit)(pronouns: she/her/hers) is the founder and primary psychotherapist for Evolve Through Art - Creative Arts Therapy, PLLC since 2012. Diana has 13+ years working in the mental health field in various capacities (e.g., primary psychotherapist, clinical coordinator, adjunct instructor, supervisor, and consultant). Diana is a NYS licensed psychotherapist (LCAT: licensed creative arts therapist), registered art therapist (ATR), and psychoanalyst-in-training (LP permit to practice psychoanalysis in NYS). To help with trauma, she is a trained EMDR therapist.
