What does a first session with you look like?
I know it’s difficult to open up and talk to a stranger about your most personal and private struggles. I am a client focus therapist possessing excellent listening and communication skills. I will provide a comfortable space for you to identify your areas of concern and assist you in developing therapeutic goals. I take pride in starting where my client is and providing you what is needed instead of a cookie-cutter one size fits all approach.
Are there any recurring themes or issues you’ve noticed as you treat people in your area of specialization, and how has this insight guided your approach?
Many people are going through life feeling overwhelmed, confused, and alone. Anxiety and depression are very common in our society. A great number of people feel they cannot minimize or overcome your symptoms/obstacles. I want to empower people and educate them on how to take back their lives. I have many years of experience. I keep myself updated and prepared to help by attending various educational forums.
In what ways have your personal experiences influenced your work with your clients?
Through my personal experiences, I have learned self-love, acceptance, and gratitude pave The road to a hopeful heart and a healthy life. I am not perfect nor is anyone else. I believe my imperfections make me more relatable and empathetic. I am attentive, supportive, and able to provide great feedback. I can develop a strong and sincere rapport. I can access my client’s status without judgment yet with an understanding and compassion.
