Work HistoryIf you are struggling with anxiety, going through a difficult life-transitions/adjustment, if you're having relationship issues, or struggling through low mood and low esteem - I can help. We can work together to understand and manage anxious thoughts and intense feelings, while building confidence, managing overwhelm, and taking actions to make noticeable improvements that lead to a more calm, confident, and fulfilling life. I also often work with clients who are looking to work through codependency in relationships, as well as those who struggle setting boundaries and communicating effectively. I'm a licensed therapist in NY State with over a decade of clinical experience helping clients break free from negative patterns to create a life they love. When working with clients, I Incorporate my interests in CBT and mindfulness, as well as my training as an Art Therapist (LCAT, ATR-BC) and my certification in yoga (RYT-200). I'm also a Board Certified Telemental Health Provider and who understands your need for scheduling flexibility. I work with NY State Residents virtually through convenient tele-therapy sessions by HIPAA secure video or phone. There's no need for long commutes for office visits, I can meet you where you are most comfortable. Throughout my work, I’ve seen so many clients change their lives in meaningful ways - beyond what they first thought possible. It’s a collaborative process, and it’s an honor for me to get to do this work. I look forward to meeting you!
