What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
I am a curious person who loves helping others. The ways our minds work and how to thrive in life are topics I'm constantly interested in exploring. I have a background in both psychology and studio art, and Art Therapy was the perfect entrance into this field. In the past 10+ years, I've followed my interests in CBT and Mindfulness to lead me to a practice that I feel like is a very practical approach to therapy - where clients can take actionable steps and see real results.
In what ways does your personality influence your approach to therapy?
My personality is approachable and compassionate. I'm active in conversations & invested in your progress.
