Get To Know Me
What do you think is the biggest barrier today for people seeking care?
Cultural training about the need for therapy. No psychological training is done in our education system, therefor most people don't even know it's necessary.
In what ways do your life philosophy and treatment philosophy overlap?
Learning how to live one day at a time and working on being present. When your mind is in the future or past it can create anxiety and your situational awareness is diminished.
In what ways does your personality influence your approach to therapy?
I am big on thinking positively and staying present. This has physiological impacts to the body and unconscious neural net. At the end of the day your unconscious runs your conscious mind. Self awareness is key to being a conscious person.
