I assign homework and set expectations for each client that is based on their individual needs and goals they set, with me, for themselves. I can be what they need me to be, however, I will also support you with my own personality.
I aim to prompt you to think in different ways in order to find unique solutions for daily and repetitive issues. I will encourage practice of skills and strategies that we will cover in sessions together. I will be able to share why these approaches will be effective.
