What excites you most about the evolving mental health landscape?

The evolution of “Change” is what excites me the most about the evolving mental health landscape. Now “Normal” encompasses so many people and lifestyles. Our society has become more celebratory and accepting of who and what was once viewed as abnormal and in need of change..

What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?

I was inspired to to become a therapist as an adolescent after seeing so many of my peers suffer from abuse and neglect. In my college essay, I committed to becoming a therapist to help “students suffering from abuse and neglect “.
