Work HistoryI have been practicing for 5 years now, and I have had the privilege of working with client's of all ages, races, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Currently my focus is primarily working with adults, relationships, and adult families to help them overcome challenges relationally - improve communication, set boundaries, resolve conflict and find deeper connections. With my individual clients, my focus is helping them navigate various life challenges including ADHD/neurodiversity, complex trauma/childhood trauma, relationship challenges, religious trauma/deconstruction, and social injustice and systemic oppression for BIPOC and LGBTQIA2S+ clients. My goal is ultimately to help you transform the pain and challenges you face, into a powerful foundation to help you build your most authentic life. I have training in EMDR, brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, Somatic experiences, polyvagal theory and Emotionally Focused therapy. This eclectic therapeutic approach allows me to walk with you through every challenge you bring to our work with compassion and patience, while working towards resolving the root causes of your challenges.
