Get To Know Me
What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
My path to becoming a therapist started when I was a young teen who had recently moved to a different state from where they grew up. I was struggling to adjust to the new environment, new school, new weather climate, everything. It was really difficult for me to find someone that understood my struggles as not just a teenager, but as an immigrant as well. I wanted to become the beacon of hope for future teenagers and show them that there are people willing to support them in their goals and dreams.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
Therapy is centered around you, the client. My goal is to help you discover what your needs and wants are. I approach therapy with curiosity and non-judgmental stance; you are the expert on yourself and I am simply here to help you rediscover yourself and guide you to YOUR goals.
