Meaning and purpose in life help keep us moving forward and motivated to face each day. Sometimes we temporarily lose our meaning and purpose and need to get back on track or create our own meaning and purpose in life.
What do you view as a key component of the therapeutic relationship?
Therapy is all about the relationship and feeling like you can trust someone with your deepest thoughts. I meet my clients where they are at and listen to understand and reflect.

Stigma is a barrier for many to seeking help. We all need help at times in life and there is no weakness or shame in seeking an unbiased perspective.
