How do you determine therapy goals with clients? What does that process look like?
Therapy goals is an on-going process. The assessment of client goals are continually reviewed. I typically discuss therapy goals with my clients during the second session. This is a collaborative process that starts with me asking clients a series of questions to assist them with clearly identifying the scope/areas of focus during our time together. Lastly, goals are written, reviewed, and agreed upon.
