What does a first session with you look like?

A lot of questions to get to know you. I want you to feel comfortable and gain trust/rapport.

What excites you most about the evolving mental health landscape?

It is always changing. New information is good but we can focus on the basic fundamentals.

What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?

I was affected by items in childhood. I had no one to help me. I wanted to help others have a voice.
