I work with adult individuals who have anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, panic attacks, schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorder and other mood disorders. Other areas of focus are stress management, self-esteem, self care, suicidal thoughts, and life stage issues. I have a blended approach to therapy and work along side my clients to create an individualized treatment plan to move toward their goals. I use evidence based treatment modalities including Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and Cognitive Therapy for Suicide Prevention.
