Work HistoryI have provided psychotherapy for over 6 years to a diverse group of clients. Prior to that, I worked as an executive in the mental health field in NYC and Los Angeles. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in both NY and CA, and have a Masters in Guidance Counseling (MSEd). I am trained in multiple evidenced based practices and completed two years of advanced training in psychotherapy. I am currently attending the Westchester Center for the Study of Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy (WCSPP). I utilize many techniques such as CBT, Wellness and Relational psychotherapy that pays attention to the whole person - gender, sexual orientation, race, culture, etc. I love working with adults and in helping them find the answers they seek. I currently, at minimum, one session per week for 50 minute sessions.
