What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
I love working with adults and supporting them on their journey. I am engaged in each session and I am known for making people feel comfortable pretty quickly.
What does a first session with you look like?
We will get to know each other a bit. We will decide what is most important to discuss and and go from there. I will ask a lot of questions about you but in a way that will be comfortable.
If there was one thing you wish people knew about the therapy experience who might be hesitant to try it, what would that be?
How much you will like it!

Work History
I have provided psychotherapy for over 6 years to a diverse group of clients. Prior to that, I worked as an executive in the mental health field in NYC and Los Angeles. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in both NY and CA, and have a Masters in Guidance Counseling (MSEd). I am trained in multiple evidenced based practices and completed two years of advanced training in psychotherapy. I am currently attending the Westchester Center for the Study of Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy (WCSPP). I utilize many techniques such as CBT, Wellness and Relational psychotherapy that pays attention to the whole person - gender, sexual orientation, race, culture, etc. I love working with adults and in helping them find the answers they seek. I currently, at minimum, one session per week for 50 minute sessions.
