Get To Know Me
In what ways does your personality influence your approach to therapy?
I am a private, but social woman who loves in-person connection and I offer that to my clients in a safe and supportive environment.
How do you determine therapy goals with clients? What does that process look like?
Goal development is client-centered, with guidance from me. We look at what's not working in your life and put that into clear goals we work toward meeting.
If there was one thing you wish people knew about the therapy experience who might be hesitant to try it, what would that be?
Therapy isn't scary and can be an adventure into improved self awareness. I like clients to look forward to their time with me - as there are few places where we are deeply listened to and valued.

Work HistoryHello! I I've worked in mental health and addiction since 1996 and have a heart for my clients' journey toward improved mental and physical health. I've spent my career advocating for those who are under-served and especially enjoy working with older adolescents and adults. At the center of my approach is that change is possible by breaking old thinking and behavioral patterns and replacing them with new and improved ones. I use humor with my clients and am direct, but compassionate.
