In Eastern Time

Are there any recurring themes or issues you’ve noticed as you treat people in your area of specialization, and how has this insight guided your approach?

What I have discovered over the many years I have been working with people is that life events we have experienced have colored how we view the world, ourselves, and others. These are often beliefs that only get in our own way and cause the majority of the problems we have in our lives. Often those events led to negative self beliefs which may be either obvious or may be subtly running the show in the background. Either way, addressing these events first make the rest of our work together so much easier moving forward

What does success look like in therapy? How will a client know that they are making progress?

My clients know and feel a significant shift in how they feel, especially when we are doing EMDR. They feel removed from the situation that was causing so much distress. Weight is lifted off of them, they feel more present, and organically set healthier boundaries. A lot of stress is lifted and confidence levels increase.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I meet you where you are and teach you how to trust yourself and your inner guidance as we process through life events that have gotten you stuck where you are. This happens organically as we work through the issues we are focusing on. I want to ensure you are feeling empowered as we move through the challenges and release them.
