Work HistoryAbout me:
There is value in finding a therapist that is right for you! My commitment is that no matter where you are, where you came from, or where you're headed, you can live a life filled with purpose, grace, and ease. My education includes a Bachelor's in Psychology from Purdue University, a Master's in Counseling from National Louis University. In the last 15 years I have been successful in making a long-lasting difference for those struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, self-injury, behavioral disorders and personality disorders.
Starting in our first session, we will determine your therapeutic needs and goals, and create a plan based on what would make our time together most helpful. We will check-in each week to make sure that your goals are being met and new goals are being created. I am also a certified yoga teacher that can integrate it into our sessions.
As a clinician, I feel that it is vital to ensure that you feel that your individual needs are being met. I tailor treatment to you to meet your needs. I believes that a person’s actions change and shape their thoughts each day; thus, I helps you to work on changing your daily actions in order to make a lasting change.
