What would be important for someone to know about working with you?

Each client I work with has an individual plan, there is no one size fits all therapy. I believe in coping skills and mindfulness and will teach you to incorporate these skills seamlessly into your life.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I use an eclectic style of therapy. This means I draw from several different theoretical orientations borrowing skills from each. I believe that there is no one size fits all for therapy and each client has individual needs, this means that skills will work different for different people.

Work History

I've dedicated my career to helping others. Early in my career I worked with persistently mentally ill children, teens and adolescents. Throughout my career I have worked extensively with families and children as well as couples and provided individual therapy to many clients. Now, I've dedicated myself to empowering women. I pride myself on providing women with education on coping skills, boundaries, and various ways to cope with and overcome their struggles.
