What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
Each client I work with has an individual plan, there is no one size fits all therapy. I believe in coping skills and mindfulness and will teach you to incorporate these skills seamlessly into your life.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use an eclectic style of therapy. This means I draw from several different theoretical orientations borrowing skills from each. I believe that there is no one size fits all for therapy and each client has individual needs, this means that skills will work different for different people.
