What would be important for someone to know about working with you?

I not only focus and address presenting symptoms, but the underlying root causes that contribute to difficulties leading a happy and fulfilling life. Together, we set goals that reflect your highest self that result in a healthy body, mind, and soul!

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I use a client-centered, individualized treatment approach that is tailored to the needs of my clients in order to assist them with attaining their personal growth in the work that we do together.

What do you think is the biggest barrier today for people seeking care?

I understand that it can be difficult to trust another individual with your struggles and that saying them out loud to a stranger, and getting vulnerable, can be very uncomfortable in the beginning. That is why I do my best to ensure you feel that you’re in good company, as well as in a safe space, where you’re able to process through your challenges and struggles to resolve them and gain more clarity.
