What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
I believe that therapy is teamwork between therapist and client. I bring clinical tools to share but you guide the pace of treatment and set goals. I bring empathy and sympathy and a supportive space.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I am certified in dialectic behavioral therapy, trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, hypnotherapy and art therapy. I combine all the trainings to individually tailor the approach to best fit your unique needs!
What do you think is the biggest barrier today for people seeking care?
Access to affordable, evidence based care is truly problematic for many individuals.
