If you could pick one movie or book that influenced your approach to therapy, what would it be and why?

Mans Search for Meaning by Victor Frankl. We all have the CHOICE, not matter how terrible the situation, in how we will respond to any given set of circumstances. It is how we choose to live that defines meaning for us. We are the author of our lives.
