How do you determine therapy goals with clients? What does that process look like?
Therapy goals are desired outcomes that bring a sense of relief or end to suffering. The process evolves throughout the therapy sessions and ideally comes from the clients own wisdom. This wisdom combined with the Therapist expertise create change.
How has your particular field of specialization evolved in recent years and how has that impacted your work?
Teleheath has put me in contact with communities I did not have the opportunity to work with before. Also as information has become relevant regarding various issues and diagnosis, I have incorporated these approaches in my practice.
In what ways do your life philosophy and treatment philosophy overlap?
Ideally I became a Therapist to help alleviate peoples suffering. This is still my philosophy and informs my therapeutic relationships.

Work History
I am seeking clients who may be new to Telehealth but want to give it a try. I understand how difficult it can be to take the first step to seeing a counselor. I am here to take the stigma away and help you to feel comfortable with navigating through your life struggles through talk therapy. Telehealth provides the option for you to be in the safety and comfort of your own private space. No time wasted for traveling and scheduling is easy. I offer a holistic approach with a foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness practice. I enjoy working with adults with a wide range of problems such as depression, anxiety, family dysfunctions, low self-esteem, poor social and coping skills, and trauma and related issues. Telehealth takes the awkwardness of in-person therapy away and it has been very effective for the majority of my clients. Let’s take the first step to healing together!
