What is your style/approach to therapy?

Simple and to the point while meeting the person were they are. I offer ideas, concepts and suggest books and activities. You make the choices. These are some positive quotes that I enjoy and see the photos of some of my favorite teachers in the Gallery below. Change yourself and you have done your part in changing the world If you want to be sad, no one in the world can make you happy. But if you make up your mind to be happy, no one and nothing on earth can take that happiness from you. Millions of people never analyze themselves. Mentally they are mechanical products of the factory of their environment, preoccupied with breakfast, lunch, and dinner, working and sleeping, and going here and there to be entertained. They don't know what or why they are seeking, nor why they never realize complete happiness and lasting satisfaction. By evading self-analysis, people go on being robots, conditioned by their environment. True self-analysis is the greatest art of progress.

If there was one thing you wish people knew about the therapy experience who might be hesitant to try it, what would that be?

I worked with a client for almost 6 months. And one day in surprise said. I thought therapy would not help me or anyone. I now see how much it can help and it has changed me..

What do you view as a key component of the therapeutic relationship?

As in any relationship -it is feeling a connection that makes it work. Finding someone that you feel comfortable with and can work - together, openly and in a sincere manner is the key.
