Work HistoryI’m Maria Neas, an Associate Therapist with Be Well Therapy Collective, a virtual group practice specializing in maternal mental health and relationship wellness. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, and eating disorders or body image concerns, as well as couples seeking to resolve conflict and foster deeper connection. Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves or their relationships, and I strive to show up as a warm, grounding, and compassionate presence in the therapy space. I am especially passionate about helping people cultivate self-compassion, autonomy, and meaningful connection. I believe healing happens when clients feel truly seen and supported, and I consider it an honor to walk alongside individuals and couples as they work toward greater balance, clarity, and improved quality of life.
