Work HistoryI am passionate about helping my clients work through their trauma, anxiety, and panic. Every trauma is unique, and I use a variety of somatic & brain-body based approaches to help heal trauma and anxiety, as well as work through some of life’s big transitions. These approaches include Brainspotting, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T), and EMDR. I use other talk therapy based modalities such as: CBT, DBT, and ACT. My goal is to guide you along on your path to the happiness and peace you deserve in a safe, welcoming, empathetic environment, often virtually from the comfort and convenience of your own home via telehealth therapy.
