In Eastern Time
According to Carl Jung, individuation is the process of self realization through the discovery of finding meaning & purpose in one’s life. I provide a safe space for exploration & honoring of all aspects of the self- the good, the challenging, that which may be difficult to look at & everything else in-between. I use such methods as verbal & non-verbal techniques, art therapy &/or dreams as an entry way to viewing the unconscious & symbolic content & how such presents itself in conscious life. I am open to the needs of each individual client & invite you to lead me as your guide on your path of evolvement.
I provide individual & group therapy to children, adolescents & adults, & have extensive experience working with such issues related to parenting, school, maternal mental health, life transitions, the 2nd half of life, depression, grief & anxiety and women’s issues.
As you progress, you may strive for more out of life, yet, are unsure how to get to where you may wish to be. I will support you on your journey as we explore what your needs are, your long term/short term perceived goals & best practices in fulfilling such. I use the therapeutic process to assist in empowering my clients so that you come to realize & acknowledge the wealth of inner resources you have within & without, to build on your strengths & gain confidence to accept & create your personal story.
