How do you determine therapy goals with clients? What does that process look like?
I believe in always working as a team and collaborating with my clients when it comes to setting goals. The first step is being able to build rapport and feel comfortable with the therapy space and therapeutic relationship so that then we work together to set realistic therapeutic goals. I always like to hear what it is that my clients want to accomplish and the main reason they are seeking the services. From there we work together to set realistic goals and work towards reaching those goals intentionally.
