Work HistoryWelcome! I have worked with children, teenagers, and adults for over 3 years and absolutely love it. I utilize a strengths-based ACT model and work with the client to accept and shift their thought patterns and help find ways to achieve their goals. I employ active listening to help understand you as the client and build a relationship, which is where I feel the work can be done! I feel that looking at and working through patterns can be the best way to engage change in the present and future and I would love to help you explore whatever it is you are looking for! A little about me outside of work-- I will always be outside if I have the chance, usually with my dog Olivia. I love hiking, animals, and popcorn and I will always find an excuse to buy another plant.
