In what ways have your personal experiences influenced your work with your clients?
I have felt lost and lacking control. I have experienced low self esteem and trauma. I know what it feels like to live outside of yourself and want more for the person you look back at the mirror. I am more and I deserve more, so do you, lets get it!
What is your style/approach to therapy?
“The mind is a terrible thing to waste.” I believe your power to change start with a changed mind. I often use CBT in my professional practice.
