What do you view as a key component of the therapeutic relationship?
One of the most significant components linked to the therapeutic relationship is empathy.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My approach to therapy is being client-centered and empowering the client to direct treatment that fits their specific needs with regards to the goals that they want to achieve.
Are there any recurring themes or issues you’ve noticed as you treat people in your area of specialization, and how has this insight guided your approach?
Many of the clients I treat have experienced some type of trauma in their life and have not truly had their voice heard. Due to the latter, this is the reason I take a more trauma informed care approach when treating clients.
