Work History
I am a clinical intern at Life Revisions Counseling as well as a masters student at Northwestern University. I specialize in Child and Adolescent studies in Northwestern's mental health counseling program, and am looking to work with younger clients, particularly those who are struggling with family dynamics, trauma, feelings of stress, anxiety, or depression, and other behavioral concerns. I use a person-centered approach in each session, meaning that I work to provide an accepting, nonjudgmental space where I listen actively and value each client unconditionally for who they are. I also incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy approaches into my sessions. I hope to assist you in goal setting, self-acceptance, processing the past and being mindful in the present moment in order to cultivate a life that aligns with your values and allows you to flourish.
