Get To Know Me
What would be important for someone to know about working with you?
I am not here to give you answers or to turn a switch. The way it was described to me was that it's almost as if we are in the woods together: I am a companion with you. I'm not there to tell you which way to go or if you're doing it wrong, but once I get to know you, that doesn't mean I can't challenge things or point out when patterns emerge.
In what ways does your personality influence your approach to therapy?
I hope in many ways! I really enjoy and appreciate the collaborative nature, and the exploration of therapy. I try to help support and explore with you, while adding empathy, honesty, and humor.

Work HistoryI have had a bit more of a unique work experience in that I started this career a little later in life (I graduated in 2016 from NYU Silver School of Social Work). What inspired me to do that were a lot of my own positive experiences in therapy, as well as working various volunteer positions. I worked on the RAINN Online Hotline for over 8 years, supporting over 1000 visitors.
Through my internships and work, I have had training/experience in psychoanalysis as well as crisis intervention.
