Work HistoryI started my practice in 2017 to help people overcome and recover from anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and assist with developing a deeper race/ cultural identity. I am particularly passionate about serving Single people who are looking for healthy relationships and couples who are struggling in relationships. I am trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Positive psychology, and Emotionally focused therapy (EFT). Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), is a talking therapy that can help you manage your problems by changing the way you think and behave. Emotionally focused therapy can help couples and family members form a more secure emotional bond, which can result in stronger relationships and improved communication. As a therapist, my goal is to use my multicultural knowledge and experience to offer professional services based on respect and trust. The foundation of my clinical work is to remain non-judgmental and culturally sensitive.
