Work HistoryI am originally from NYC and have utilized many opportunities to serve many different populations. I grew up in NY Brooklyn and Manhattan and moved 1 year after 9/11 where I worked with the fire department focusing on trauma. I moved to Los Angeles in 2002. I have served many different populations and have learned so much about myself in supporting you on your path to self actualization. I have specialized in addiction and recovery utilizing abstinence based models as well as harm reduction. I have served gang youth TAY. I have worked with and supported the trans communities along every spectrum of gender identity including intersex issues as well as those that identify as non-binary. I have served the gay, lesbian, and bisexual communities focusing on coming out and acceptance. I have worked with men and women working in the sex industry, men and women working in the entertainment industry as well as all geriatric patients now not officially working LOL. I have supported those in their final stages of life as well as those dealing with life threatening illness. I utilize empowerment models as well as CBT in conjunction with some straight up talk therapy. We work together doing the work you are looking for not the work I think you need. But, as I said, I am from NYC, I will be up front with you. I have served many disenfranchised communities as well as those that have dealt with societal oppression. I am culturally open meaning there are no true experts about you except you. I will work with you from where you are and we will move on from there.
