Work HistoryI have been independently licensed for 5 years but have overall been practicing for over 10 years. My therapy sessions center around a collaborate strength-based approach while creating a compassionate environment where clients feel comfortable to explore their challenges and cultivate personal growth, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives. I believe in a holistic, empathetic, and collaborative partnership that honors each person's unique story and strengths. I am passionate about working with teens, young adults, men, women, military veterans (I am veteran myself), and the elderly. I employ a little laughter in sessions (only when appropriate) as humor can be helpful at times. Lastly, I provide Christian-based therapy to those who request it.
