In what ways do your life philosophy and treatment philosophy overlap?

Therapy is a joint venture where we are partners in self discovery and healing.

What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?

I was inspired to help others due to a family history of mental health and substance use disorders. With this, I understand the importance of having a trained professional to discuss these issues.

What does a first session with you look like?

The first session is a big step for many. This time is spend getting to know each other, setting a safe and open environment for collaboration.
