What is your style/approach to therapy?
I have a collaborative and non judgmental style. I get to know you and your unique issues. From there we come up with a treatment plan to address those issues. My goal is to give you a basket of tools, in effect give psychology away, so that you can become self-sufficient.
What does a first session with you look like?
The first session is non threatening where I explain the process of therapy and get to know you and your individual needs, concerns, fears, worries, and hopes.
In what ways have your personal experiences influenced your work with your clients?
I recognize that every person, no matter what walk of life, wants to the same thing. They want to enjoy maximize contentment and minimize suffering. I hope to provide you with the tools necessary to help you in the journey of life.
